It definitely helps! Though the Russian cartoons I found were... creepy 😅 But we’ve watched some Barrio Sésamo and it’s great! Plus, his favorite show (Blaze, which I mentioned at the start) is available in many different languages on YouTube Kids and he’s often watching the Spanish or Portuguese or Polish versions without any issues.
